Château Peyriac de Mer – Lagoury Primo Vino 3

Chateau Peyriac de Mer was created by the passion of the family Fabre since the 17th century. It is located in the heart of Peyriac de Mer, Narbonne, South of France. Over the centuries, the seaside location brings its geological complexity with a typical sandy and clay soil; and the Mediterranean climate brings cool temperature and iodine enrichment to the wine which makes the vine grows in an excellent condition.
Primo Vino 3 is characterized by a fresh pleasant red fruits nose with Violette hint and notes of eucalyptus in the end. The vintage 2016 has been slightly filtered so the major components in the wine will keep evolving in the bottle, which will keep the wine in good conditions for at least 10 years.
 
Grape varieties: 50% Malbec, 40% Merlot, 10% Syrah
 
Tasting: Deep and intense ruby colour. This wine offers the aromas of blackcurrant, ripe fruit, spices, the scent of garrigue finish with a hint of salty note. On the palate, it is long and powerful.
 
Companion: It can be easily paired with meat, cheese, savoury dishes.
