Grape varieties: 60% Merlot,  40% Cabernet Sauvignon
 
Visual aspect: Deep and crystal ruby red color with some cherry hues
 
On the nose: Still very young, the first impression is a ripe red fruit melted with licorice, tobacco dried leafs.
 
On the palate: Well balanced, vertical wine with beautiful structure; black current, cassis, and black cherries are on the base of its juicy full-body, with ripe tannins and smooth texture, delicate oak and licorice presence for the background. Long lasting.
 
Companion: Poultry dishes like Beijing duck, veal tongue in parsley and white pepper butter, cheeses, chocolate desserts.
