Mechanical harvesting by night from mid September for Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Sauvignon blanc until mid October for Gros Manseng. Destemming. Skin contact maceration at a cold temperature between 8 and 15 hours. Pressing. Grape varieties are separated into tanks for fermentation at 18°C. Aging in tanks under fine lees for 4 months. Pomp over of the lees for a better extraction of the aromas. Blending, filtration and bottling.

Tasting: Saint André offers a nice yellow golden color. The nose is an explosion of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango, litchi). On the palate, the balance between residual sugar and acidity is perfect making this wine fresh and airy.
Companion: A very nice balance between sugar, freshness and acidity, it’s an elegant wine which will make every member of your family happy. It is a delight with foie gras, blue cheese, fruit salad. As an aperitif, its reputation is well known and it’s your favorite wine for your parties.
